The room was cheap with the bedroom, bath plus excellent facilities, had a good night's sleep. The location was good, just off public transport and Bristol for breakfast, in a pretty nice area.

I appreciated its staff and food, beautiful building. Well-mannered team, they made me feel welcome. Easy location to the main motorways in Bristol was a plus. And just off The Swan pub next door, Bristol and Cardiff. Actually everything was lovely, my next choice again in Almondsbury.

The room was very comfortable and bigger than we expected. Whilst as it was descibed as a twin bedroom, the room provided had both a double bed and a single bed which we found most accomodating. Also we found the reception staff very informative and up to date as to local facilities. .Althiugh the Hotel is adertised a non-smoking even in the Hotel grounds, there were facilities outside the hotel building itself to smoke - thank goodness as we are both smokers.

The room had a comfortable bed, made it easy to sleep.
The check-in process was very impersonal and poorly managed.

Rooms are okay, clean and comfortable
Breakfast was an imposition, two varieties of sausage no cheese or the like

The hotel was tired and dirty. Reception staff moaned when I asked assistance to carry luggage upstairs. I had an omlette in the bar which was runny and undercooked. There was blood stains on my room carpet. I would never stay there again under any circumstances.

decent room, large bright restaurant, good location off motorway
Road noise from the nearby M5 is quite bothersome!!! Single-glazed windows lead to uncomfortable nights!!!

Good location but you are right on a busy road so ask for a quiet room facing the rear of the hotel - noisiest roms are at the front The side of the hotel faces the M5 Motorway and if you face that - its also noisy Very 70's dated decor - pampas bathroom suite Padded Headboard and all sorts of odd colours for furniture and bedding. Very badly stained carpet Still, quite a big room with the 2nd room allocated quiet as it faced the rear of the Hotel and at £54 quite cheap compared to other rooms while the Baloon festival was on
